NMTC and NKC has dedicated classrooms for seamanship, survival, first aid and health and safety training. Facilities are approved by MCA, SQA, TQUK, ECITB and NEBOSH.
Approved for STCW and GWO Survival courses, RIB capsize training, used for bespoke water safety training and equipment testing for industry.
Workshops approved by MCA and SQA for marine engineering training and machine workshop training.
Opened in 2019, our large 383m2, two deck, fire training module with live fire facilities enhances fire training exercises. Our Oil tank is used for large Class B fire foam or water attack. Two deck Confined Space Training module. All facilities are Approved by MCA.
Our Jetty on the river Thames is ideal for the launching of lifeboats and rescue boats and allows access to the lower Thames for a realistic boat handling environment.
